I was thrilled with my first bottle, bc it lowered my average blood glucose level about 30 points. Then I received my second bottle. My blood sugar went right back up. Batch to batch the percentage ingredients are not the same, apparently. I wish I knew the percentage of each ingredient in the first bottle I received. They "get" you with the subscription.
